Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements. Any delays in providing the required information may impact project timelines. Clients are also responsible for obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, and approvals for their content.
Payment terms and pricing for our services will be agreed upon in writing between SIM POS Australia PTY LTD and the client. Payments are due as outlined in the agreement.
Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the project as confidential. This includes project details, proprietary information, and any other sensitive data.
8. Warranty and Support
We provide a warranty period for our development services to address any issues arising from our work. After the warranty period, ongoing support can be provided under a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
SIM POS Australia PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate the development project if the other party breaches these terms. Termination shall not affect any payment obligations incurred before termination.
